Cerulean Sunset
The Cerulean Sunset is a Lerontz B-26 Aircastle bomber, designed by Lerontz and flown by Aden during the Adenian-Tethish War. A 1:1 replica of this aircraft is currently on display at the National Museum of Aviation, located in Juniper, Ranaj. The Cerulean Sunset is the aircraft which was used in the bombing of Geil in 515 GD, and it was destroyed by the bomb it carried along with its crew.
The choice to build and display a functioning replica of this aircraft at such great expense and so soon after the end of the war was the subject of intense debate, with many petitions drafted by anti-war advocates across the world calling for the dismantling of the aircraft. It is lauded by the exhibit as a “technological marvel” and “proof of the air superiority of Aden”.
