Tolikra is an Adenian city in the state of Kalt, on the coast of the Serenic Ocean. Tolikra is a fairly large city (population 600,000) with a large harbor and a sophisticated fusion-fission hybrid power plant.

Tolikra is notable as the hometown of Kir Gendu XXIV.

The city is nestled at the foot of the massive Mt. Katuk.
