Eddie “Hailstorm” Krasniqi is a bounty hunter who is affiliated with the Adenian Royal Guard. He is famed (and feared) for his ritual of killing at least one criminal every day, which is a routine he has maintained for the past fifteen years.

No exact figure is known for the number of people Eddie has killed, but it is at least five thousand.

He is a close friend of Daniel Gendu.
