Arcturus Ansel is a green dragon, credited with authoring Crosslink. He was born in 512 GD, and was 28 at the time of the events of chapter 1 of the story.
When he was young, Arcturus was initially raised by a speaker of the village where his egg was found. When he was three years old, the bombing of Geil occurred.
