Bird is the name given to the sapes which mouth-feed their young, lay eggs, have wings, and are warm-blooded.

Being native to Gondwana, roughly 85% of the global population of sape birds resides somewhere in Gondwana. Of the remainder, 14.5% reside in Aland, primarily due to slave captures in the Fourth Century, and just 0.5% reside in Panarch or the oceans.
