Garzes, also known as the “Nation of Songbirds”, is the origin and home of all songbird sapes. Garzes is, next to Teth and Loeg, the nation with the greatest knowledge of magic's mechanics and intricacies and has the most developed magic school in the continent of Gondwana. It is primarily Garzesi mages who are responsible for maintaining the ring of storms around the continent. Garzesi territory surrounds the Anraki sea, which cuts deep into the continent of Gondwana. The south pole is within Garzes land. Garzes has a communist, moneyless society with heavy central planning. Despite sharing a long land border with Tol Tol, the boundary between their territories is a vast, barren mountain range, so the two nations do not have much interaction apart from by sea, where their only relations are trade-based.
