**Tolikra** is an [[Aden|Adenian]] city in the state of [[Kalt]], on the coast of the [[Serenic Ocean]]. Tolikra is a fairly large city (population 600,000) with a large harbor and a sophisticated fusion-fission hybrid power plant.

Tolikra is notable as the hometown of [[Kir Gendu XXIV]].

The city is nestled at the foot of the massive [[Mount Katuk|Mt. Katuk]].
