A **Mind Dragon** is the highest authority in the world. A Mind Dragon can assume the consciousness of any creature it is aware of on the planet. They live on the [[starstone]] and protect it from those who would attempt to damage it. They lead Feyndraig. 

The only instance of a mind dragon dying is when [[Kehmenvendial]] rampaged for millennia and killed seven of the twelve mind dragons.
