Arcturus Ansel is a green [[dragon]], credited with authoring [[Crosslink]]. He was born in 512 GD, and was 28 at the time of the events of chapter 1 of the story.

When he was young, Arcturus was initially raised by a speaker of the village where his egg was found. When he was three years old, the [[bombing of Geil]] occurred.
